Bouldin Creek

Bouldin Creek is one of Austin's oldest neighborhoods, with homes dating back to 1919, when Bouldin was listed as Austin's southern-most "suburb."  Today, the area is valued as an eclectic, walkable area, within close proximity to downtown, brimming with local resturants and shopping.

Bouldin Creek is bounded by Town Lake on the north, Oltorf Street on the south, and South Congress to the east, and South Lamar to the west.

With more than 2,700 households and 5,600 residents, the area is well known for its tall oak trees, historic family homes, and the East and West Bouldin Creek Parks.  Residents of this area also love their close proximity to the Lady Bird Hike & Bike trail, and greenbelt access.
