Clarkesville, a smattering of old homes, condos, and local resturants reminds many of what life must have been like in the "good ole days."  With most homes within walking distance to Austin landmarks such as President Bush's favorite Austin resturant, Jeffrey's or Nau's Pharmacy, which still runs a soda fountain every afternoon, to many, Clarkesville just seems too good to be true.
