Who we are:
We are a full service real estate brokerage firm based in the heart of Austin. We specialize in providing individually tailored service for clientele in the downtown and central Austin areas. We pride ourselves on handling each transaction as if it were for our own family - with the utmost dedication, professionalism, integrity and expertise.
What we stand for:
We stand for all the good things our parents and grandparents taught us back when we were children, to make up the moral compass we use to run our business today. We believe in respect, fairness, and putting up a good fight. We believe in playing hard, playing to win, and still knowing when to throw in the towel (rarely). We believe that your home is one of the largest investments you'll make, and its our job to make sure its a smart one. That said, we also believe in telling you truth, working with you as our partner to overcome obstacles, and only representing transactions where our moral compass is satisfied. And even if you don't believe that we owe it to you, we know that we owe it to ourselves.

Blake Taylor, Broker
Blake began his real estate career while attending the University of Texas when he began remodeling property near the school campus. In the midst of construction and learning the market, a lifetime real estate investor was born. After graduating from UT, Blake went on to work for one of the premier downtown brokerage agencies before establishing Taylor Real Estate in 2006.
Today, Blake has become a fixture in the downtown Austin real estate market, providing consultation and brokerage services for some of Austin's most innovative residential and mixed use developments. His client base ranges from national level development firms to local builders, investors and homeowners. Blake prides himself on providing his clients with an arsenal of knowledge to best guide their real estate decisions.

Lindsay Taylor, Realtor Associate
After an intense career in advertising, helping clients such as AT&T, United Healthcare, and Chilis Bar & Grill build their businesses, Lindsay turned her efforts to real estate, helping her clients market their homes with creativity and innovation. Lindsay is dedicated to helping buyers find the perfect home, and enjoys becoming friends with her clients long after the transaction has closed. Lindsay's dedication to professionalism, and real estate education paired with her strong ethics and tenacious personality make her a natural in the real estate industry.
